Interview: Deandre Latimore

Light middleweight contender Deandre Latimore emerged from the meanest streets of St. Louis to become one of the top amateur boxers in the history of that city, winning multiple city, state, regional and national championships.
As a pro, "The Bull" has a 22-3 record, with 17 KOs, his only losses coming at the hand of top-flight opponents (Sechew Powell, over whom he also holds a KO victory, and Cory Spinks).
A southpaw with a huge punch, Latimore is feared an avoided in the light middlweight division, but looms as a likely opponent for the likes of Miguel Cotto, Canelo Alvarez, K9 Bundrage and Alfredo Angulo.
And, by the way, at 25, Latimore is the father of five daughters, making him a serendpitious Father's Day guest on The Ringside Boxing Show.
