Hank Lundy was a high school football star who turned down a partial scholarship in his hometown -- Philadelphia, Pa. -- so his younger sister could go to college instead, and he turned to boxing after starching a schoolyard bully.
After a 65-5 amateur career, he turned pro with 10 straight victories and was identified as one of the sport's rising stars.
