Over the past three years, Gabriel Montoya has emerged as the most-educated boxing writer in the world about performance-enhancing drugs, and was recently among the first to break news that Andre Berto and Lamont Peterson had tested dirty. Most recently he found himself in the headlines for alleging that Floyd Mayweather Jr. may have tested positive for PEDs on three different occasions, and has lobbied Mayweather and Golden Boy Promotions to release the result of the tests in question.
